1. Create a warehouse

A warehouse can be a physical location or just a virtual grouping. The stock in it builds up as movements get approved — there's nothing to enter manually at the start.

2. Add your articles

The article catalog is shared across the whole organization: the same article can have different stock in each warehouse. Automatic import from a spreadsheet isn't available yet, so articles are added by hand — which stays quick to get started with a few dozen references.

3. Record a first inbound movement

It's this first approved movement that makes real stock appear in the relevant warehouse. See the approval workflow to understand how a movement gets validated.

4. Invite your team

Add your colleagues from the Team page. Depending on their role (manager, approver, admin), they'll be able to create movements or approve them.

The dashboard shows these four steps as a checklist until they're all complete.
